Given the current concerns related to covid-19, we have put in place house rules that along with adequate sanitation protocols, safety methods and operation procedures, guarantee the well-being of our guests this summer and beyond.

We have set clearly established time-schedule for cleaning and disinfection in all areas.
We provide masks and hand sanitisers in all public places.
We perform frequent cleaning and disinfection of outdoor and high touch locations.
We are among the first hotels that have been certified with the sign Health First

RECEPTION:
We have changed the check-in and check-out time in order to have more time for a more thorough cleaning, disinfecting and ventilating the rooms between guests’ stays:
New Check-in time 15:00 (3 pm)
New Check-out time 11:00 (11 am)
We have installed a protective plexiglass shield in reception desk
We sterilise all keys before guests’ arrival
ROOMS & CLEANING:
Thorough disinfection by certified steam cleaner between stays
Decorative elements and loose items such as magazines, note pads and informative folders have been removed from the rooms
We avoid daily cleaning of the rooms unless asked differently by the guest
BREAKFAST:
We have installed special sneezing protectors on our buffet and we have adapted the serving procedures in order to fully comply with the hygienic protocols of the Ministry of Tourism
