CHILDREN POLICY:
All children under 5 years old, no charge, when using a regular bed.
When 1 older child or grown up stays in, the room is charged as triple.
When 2 older children or grown ups stays in, the room is charged as quadruple.

BOOKING POLICY: In order to confirm a reservation, the amount of at least one night stay is required, either with credit card quarantee (accepted major bank card payment) or bank deposit. For long term accommodations, 25% of the total reservation cost is required. You can pay up at check out.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancelled within 7 days before arrival or in case of Non Show will result in the first night charge.
In case of departing earlier than agreed, you are charged with the half amount of the remaining stay.
